Galvanized razor wire is supplied in clipped coils for fence and wall toppings. Importers and distributors can specify blade dimensions, coil size, and packaging for each razor barbed wire order.

 

BTO and CBT Razor Wire Profiles

BTO Razor Wire

BTO razor wire includes BTO-10, BTO-12, BTO-18, BTO-22, BTO-28, and BTO-30. Nominal blade lengths range from 10 to 30 mm for conventional high-security perimeter fencing.

CBT Razor Wire

CBT razor wire uses longer blades: 60 mm for CBT-60 and 65 mm for CBT-65. These profiles serve projects that specify long-blade barriers for restricted areas.

Core Wire Diameter

Nominal core diameter: 2.5 mm (0.098 in), with a ±0.1 mm tolerance.

Coil Diameter

Common outside diameters are 450, 500, 600, 700, 800, and 900 mm. Coverage length is quoted with the loop count and clip arrangement.

 

Durable Stamping Dies for Consistent Blade Profiles Across Batches

 

A complete set of dies covers the listed BTO and CBT models. Each order uses the die matching its approved blade drawing.

The dies use materials that resist deformation during stamping, limiting changes in blade shape and dimensions. Repeat orders follow the same drawing and tolerances.

 

High-Tensile Core Wire for Reliable Coil Strength

 

The galvanized core wire is specified at 2,000 MPa tensile strength, used as an acceptance requirement for incoming wire batches.

Blade-strip crimping and clip fastening are checked separately. Core tensile strength does not establish the holding strength of either connection.

 

Packaging for Importers and Distributors

 

• Coil wrapping: Moisture-resistant paper inside, with a woven bag outside.
• Pallet packing: Secured coils grouped by specification for forklift handling.
• Roll labels: Blade model, coil diameter, loop count, weight, and order number.
• Container loading: Quantities calculated from packed dimensions and gross weight, with restraints to prevent load movement.
