3.0mm Hot-Dip Galvanized Chain Link Fence Rolls Description:

 

Standard Chain Link Fence Roll

The standard roll is woven from 3.0mm hot-dip galvanized steel wire to form diamond-shaped chain link fabric. The reference size is 5 ft high and 50 ft long. Mesh opening, wire diameter, selvage, fence height, and roll length can be specified separately.

Standard Size

Standard roll size: 5 ft x 50 ft, approximately 1.52 m x 15.24 m. Other heights and lengths are available for construction projects, repairs, distributor stock, and container loading.

3.0 mm Steel Wire

The standard wire diameter is 3.0 mm. Other diameters can be quoted; the source specification covers approximately 1.0-6.0 mm. The purchase order should state the finished diameter and tolerance.

Consistent Wire Properties for Smooth Machine Feeding

Before weaving, galvanized wire is checked for diameter, surface condition, tensile behavior, and temper. Wire that is outside the agreed range is separated before production. Stable wire reduces feeding faults, wire snags, and repeated line stops.

Stable Wire Bending for Accurate Mesh Formation

The wire must bend and interlock at a controlled tension. Consistent hardness and diameter keep the forming load steady as the machine creates each diamond opening.

Uniform Mesh Openings Across Every Fence Roll

Wire variation can produce openings that are too large, too small, or distorted. The opening is sampled during production and checked against the purchase size.

Consistent Quality from Batch to Batch

Batch records compare wire diameter, mesh opening, roll length, selvage, surface appearance, and roll weight. These records are used for repeat orders.

 

 

Galvanized Fence Roll Surface

Zinc Coating

Hot-dip galvanizing covers the steel wire with zinc. The coating requirement can be stated as a minimum coating weight or by the applicable order standard. Samples are checked for coating continuity and the specified coating level.

Galvanized Appearance

The finished wire has a silver-white metallic surface. The appearance is checked for bare areas, heavy buildup, peeling, and visible damage before the rolls are packed.

Corrosion Testing

Salt spray testing can be arranged for project orders that require it. Routine inspection includes surface review, coating checks, and sampling records for each production lot.

 

 

Roll Packaging for Wholesale Orders

Pallet Packaging

Rolls can be placed on pallets when the buyer needs forklift handling, warehouse stacking, or separated shipment lots. Pallet quantity is set by roll diameter, roll length, and loading limits.

Roll Protection

Each roll is wrapped to limit abrasion, dirt, and moisture exposure during handling. Labels can show mesh, wire diameter, roll size, selvage, quantity, and batch information.

Container Loading

Loading is planned from the roll dimensions and order quantity. Rolls may be palletized or loaded in grouped lots to reduce movement inside the container. Posts, rails, gates, and fittings are bundled separately when supplied.

For export orders, the packing list, package marks, loading sequence, moisture protection, and spare fittings can be confirmed before dispatch. Shipments can be arranged from Tianjin Port.
