| Item | Specification |
| Blade profile | BTO or CBT, selected by model and drawing |
| Blade thickness | 0.5 mm reference; final thickness and tolerance by profile |
| Core wire diameter | 2.0–2.5 mm / approximately 0.079–0.098 in |
| Coil outside diameter | 450–1,500 mm / approximately 17.7–59.1 in |
| Loop count | 30–108, depending on configuration |
| Extended length | Confirmed at the specified loop spacing |
| Clip quantity | Defined by the connection drawing |
| Material | Galvanized carbon steel or specified stainless steel grade |
| Coil weight | Target weight and tolerance confirmed per specification |
Models include BTO-10, BTO-12, BTO-18, BTO-22, BTO-25, BTO-28, BTO-30, CBT-60, and CBT-65.
The approved drawing records strip thickness, blade length, width, spacing, and tolerances.
Core diameter and tensile strength are specified independently of blade-strip thickness.
Orders identify whether the diameter applies to the packed or extended coil.
Coverage length is stated with the loop count and installation spacing, not as an unrestricted maximum stretch.
The connection drawing lists clip positions, clip material, and total clips per coil.
Both the blade strip and core wire are zinc-coated. Coating requirements are recorded separately for each component.
Available grades include 304, 304L, 316, and 316L. The order identifies the grade of the blade strip, core wire, and clips.
Material selection accounts for salt exposure, persistent moisture, and chemical contact. Coastal and industrial orders require a confirmed material grade and coating specification.
Electronic numerical controls set wire-feed length and loop count using the approved order parameters. Repeat orders use the same settings unless the specification changes.
Each finished coil is weighed manually against its target weight. Deviations prompt checks for missing loops, insufficient wire length, or other discrepancies. Weighing supplements direct length and loop-count control; it does not replace them.
As an OEM razor wire supplier, we use buyer-approved label artwork and packing instructions.
Labels can include the buyer’s brand, product code, barcode, and handling information.
Coil labels record the blade model, material, diameter, loop count, specified coverage, weight, and batch number.
Marks identify the purchase order, project, pallet number, coil quantity, gross weight, and destination.
Coils are grouped by installation section or delivery batch. Paper-lined woven bags, cartons, and pallet packing are specified on the order, with contents listed by package or pallet.
