The fence fabric consists of a galvanized steel core wire covered with a PVC coating. Posts, rails, gates, tension wire, fittings, and other matching components can be supplied for complete fencing orders.
Standard Fence Rolls
Standard rolls are woven to the specified mesh opening, core wire diameter, finished wire diameter, height, length, color, and selvage style. Common orders use 50 x 50 mm mesh with black or green PVC coating, although other sizes can be produced for different applications.
The core wire diameter refers only to the galvanized steel wire. The finished wire diameter includes the steel core and PVC coating. These two measurements should be listed separately on purchase orders.
For projects requiring a uniform appearance, PVC coated chain link fabric can be supplied with matching posts, rails, gates, clamps, tension bars, brace components, and other fittings. Color matching should be confirmed for the complete order rather than for the fence fabric alone.
Virgin PVC Resin for Stable Base Color
Virgin PVC resin can be specified for the coating layer. The material does not use recycled, reclaimed, or reprocessed PVC when this requirement is included in the order.

Constant Melt Temperature for Consistent Color Development
PVC processing temperature is controlled during coating production. Excessive heat may darken the material, cause yellowing, or change the surface appearance. Insufficient heat may result in incomplete melting, uneven flow, and inconsistent coverage.
Stable melt temperature supports consistent PVC flow around the galvanized wire and helps reduce visible differences between chain link fabric, posts, and fittings produced for the same order.
Standardized Color Matching with Updated Reference Cards
Color selection is confirmed before bulk production. The requested PVC color is compared with an updated reference card, and samples can be reviewed before production begins.

Black and green are common standard colors. Custom colors can be discussed for private-label programs, commercial developments, and project-specific requirements.
Private Labels
Wholesale buyers can request private-label packaging for distributor sales, regional brands, or project supply programs. Label content must be provided before packing.

Pallet marks may include the buyer’s name, purchase order number, product code, destination, roll quantity, and handling information.

OEM orders can be produced with confirmed color, mesh, core wire diameter, finished wire diameter, fence height, roll length, selvage, packaging, and labeling requirements. A production sample or written specification should be approved before the full order is released.
