50 x 50 mm Galvanized Chain Link Fence Description:

 

This galvanized chain link fence uses 50 x 50 mm diamond mesh and 3.0 mm galvanized steel wire. The reference roll is 6 ft high and 50 ft long. Other heights, roll lengths, wire diameters, mesh openings, and selvage combinations can be specified for the order.

The chain link fabric is woven into rolls for commercial properties, warehouses, factories, sports fields, parking areas, construction sites, and residential communities. Posts, rails, gates, fittings, tension accessories, and selected security toppings can be supplied with the fabric.

 

Mesh Opening

The standard opening is 50 x 50 mm. The metric opening is approximately 2 x 2 in and is commonly referenced as a 2 in mesh. Other openings can be produced when the project requires a different containment or visibility level.

Wire Diameter

The standard wire diameter is 3.0 mm. Diameter can be changed by project requirement. The purchase order should state the target finished diameter and tolerance, especially when the measurement is required after galvanizing.

Fence Height and Roll Length

The reference size is 6 ft high and 50 ft long per roll, approximately 1.83 m x 15.25 m. Height and roll length can be changed for installation layout, repair work, stock programs, or container loading.

Selvage Options

Knuckled selvage folds the wire end back to form a closed edge. Twisted selvage leaves a twisted wire end. The top and bottom edges can be supplied in the same or different styles.

Before weaving, the galvanized wire is checked for diameter, tensile behavior, surface condition, and temper. Wire outside the agreed range is separated before it reaches the weaving line.

Consistent Quality Across Production Batches

Batch records compare mesh opening, wire diameter, roll length, selvage, surface appearance, and roll weight. The same inspection points are used for repeat orders.

Reliable Wire Feeding and Weaving Performance

Wire with stable diameter and temper feeds through the weaving equipment with fewer tension and alignment corrections. This reduces machine stoppages caused by wire variation.

Uniform Mesh Openings Through Controlled Wire Properties

Controlled wire diameter and temper keep the bending and interlocking action consistent. The finished chain link fabric therefore maintains a more even diamond opening across the roll.

Hot-Dip Galvanized Surface

Hot-dip galvanizing coats the steel wire with zinc and gives the chain link fabric a silver appearance. The required coating level can be stated by the applicable order standard or by a minimum zinc coating weight.

Coating coverage is checked on sampled wire or fabric. Posts, fittings, cut ends, and gates should use compatible corrosion protection when supplied as one chain link fencing system.

Quality Inspection

The inspection record covers the material, wire, mesh, zinc coating, roll, weight, and packaging before shipment.

 

Packaging and Delivery

Chain link fabric is wound into rolls and protected with suitable wrapping. Rolls can be placed on pallets or loaded directly according to roll size, quantity, and unloading method. Posts, rails, gates, and fittings are bundled separately when included in the order.
